I'm about to go into my 2nd year at Uni of, & was wondering whether it's cheaper to get an annual bus pass? Or whether there will still be student fares in sept onwards. Will probably use the bus twice a day on weekdays...

I'm not sure how accurate this is but I spoke to a current student at an open day who lived in Headingley. She said it was £1 each way on the bus and £200 a year bus pass. So if your spending £2/weekday you should work out how often you'll use it.

I think it depends on which bus company you use. With First, it's way better to get the Student Bus Pass as First is so expensive, but if you're only using Tiger it might be better to just pay each day.
