    i have appllied for a course at southapton solent university, but i havent got my maths and english so i was gunna ask them if i can take a foundation year and also enroll in a college to get my gcses done

    is this a wise idea help

    Sorry, you're gonna have to make a bit more sense than that. What course are you applying for? What does the foundation year involve? And what do you mean, "get your GCSEs done"?

    If your 19 or older maybe an Access Course would be more suited?

    That's the kind of question you're better off asking them. Phone them up and ask them what they'd like a candidate in your situation to do.

    You should be able to as my friend did her 1yr of History & English Lit Degree along with GCSE Science at her local college (PT). although as mentioned above contact the admission tutor about your situation.

    What are the entry requirements for the foundation year? If you still need Cs in GCSE English and maths for that, it might not make a difference, but it's worth asking them if they reject you for the standard course.
