    Dear maths helpers,

    I am having problems with this question:
    Name:  extension q1.jpg
Views: 56
Size:  50.2 KB


    since x is not equal to 0

    I am having difficulties solving gf(x)= 0


    here is my working so far:

    please give me tips to solve gf(x) = 0

    x\not=0 is a constraint on g(x) and f(x). NOT gf(x) as it's an entirely different function.

    thanks sketched it and found out that only x = 0 is the answer i was confused by the original statement when it said for g(x) x is not equal to 0
