Got invited for a lunch at Nandos with the Mauritian peeps, figure why not go and get free food. Ended up sleeping in too late and missed it tho :/

awhhh....you can do that with the 1 other Mauritian fresher at cambs tho. or just hang out with the kool kids table with me and physicsmaths as he devours his whole chicken.

Now this I knew, lots of the stuff in Mauritius is from SA, including Nando's, Ocean Basket and the like

Nando's sauce tastes so chemical and synthetic .....
Started making my version some years ago, tastes much more natural.
Never had periperi in Lisbon, so no idea how the real stuff taste though......:tongue:

the Portuguese versions are usually much hotter/tastier :tongue: and yea more 'homemade' tasting than in nandos. still like nandos though on the scale of british places to eat out

I haven't even done any packing....
Finally had my first dream today about Cambridge and it was that to my first dinner with my DoS(tmmrw) I accidently wore hoodies and a tracksuit and everyone else wore a suit.
I am extremely unprepared as always. I literally haven't done anything.
