Here's what you do, get some oil and set the whole house on fire. You'll be sure to get him if he's there, and if he isn't then at least the noise would have stopped :wink:

Alternatively, you could make some tea and hope he's a nice burglar and not a murderous one :smile:

Should scream "HELP!!! BURGLAR IN THE HOUSE!!!" and if you hear a definite sound of a presence, then lock yourself in your room and call the police. Make sure to be armed with something sharp first :wink:
