So I'm just waiting for my exam results, and one thing is worrying me- imagine the 6 modules I took could be arranged(I already know that C1 and C2 must go in maths, and FP1 in further maths) to either give me a high A in maths and a B in further maths, or an A in each one(albeit a lower A) which would I be given? I took the OCR non-MEI exams.

You took 6 modules. C1+C2 belong in Maths and FP1 belongs in FM. The rest are optional modules and the best one goes into Maths as that is prioritised before FM. The other 2 go into FM.
