I really want to apply to trinity but found out this other girl in my school is applying there, that put me off.
My history teacher suggested exeter, and apprently this college isn't very competitive for history compared to other colleges. Is this true or not?
Also can people suggest some other possible colleges which I should consider? Thx

Does she want to go to Trinity as much as you? You could always try persuading her to apply elsewhere, might be worth a try .

Meh. As long as you're applying for the same subject, I don't think it's that much of a concern. But saying that, last year, 3 people from my school got into Emma, Cambridge (think only 3 applied to Emma in total) and two got onto the same course - Natsci.
I assume you mean "As long as you're not applying for the same subject?"

In which case, I entirely agree with that.
