Do you have one? Basically do the same things almost every other day in a chronological order to get a good rest. I hear you're supposed to prepare a few hours ahead of time, unless you are dead tired.

Nope, no routine or regime here. And I usually sleep like a log every night. Although in this weather it is substantially harder.

My only real routine now is to go to bed after 11pm if I want to get to sleep quickly. I'm usually too awake if I sleep any sooner. 11pm is also the latest I'd want to leave it for getting up at 7am the next day.

Every night I put on my headphones and listen to old episodes of Top Gear while I relax and drift off. I've tried relaxing music, white noise but listening to one of my favourite TV shows always helps me drift and for the last few months it's been re runs of Top Gear and it was Father Ted before that

I also go for a bath every night to help me relax a bit more.

Turn the light off and close the door so it covers that weird spec of light in my room and stand in the corner until i can adjust to the dark, next i run for the bed and cover myself as quick as possible (because demons) and browse imgur.

Don't even talk to me about a sleep routine at the minute!😂 For the past two nights, I've stayed awake all night and slept for about two hours at ten in the morning. Don't know how I'm going to manage in a few weeks when I go back to school😁

I bathe every night between half 9 and 10, then I watch television with my mum whilst browsing the internet whilst having my supper, then I go upstairs to brush my teeth and use the toilet, then I go to my bed.

I've been trying to read before I sleep, instead of being on Netflix (failing). But ideally, I'd like to go to bed at 11-12 on the regular.

I'd usually go 1-2 am if I worked afternoon shift, if I do morning shift, then I go like 7-8 pm to bed. I just put on my headphones and listen to ASMR, that's the only thing that helps me to relax and fall asleep eventually.
