Anyone else had the most horrific graduation picture from Ede and Ravenscroft? Watch

I know this may sound pathetic but this was supposed to be a picture on display with my elder brother and sister's. The photographer took the photo from a very unflattering angle (from below) and has managed to completely distort my face shape so it looks like I have cushing's disease/ on steriods on top of a double chin. I weight around 8 stone so I'm quite a small girl but since my gown drowns me and all you can see is my face: I look morbidly obese in the picture. Also, in the family picture, they chose a picture with my grandma's eyes closed. Additionally my parents believe they sent a different frame to the one chosen.

I think my dad is planning emailing them asking to see the other proofs in case any of the other pictures are better... but I really doubt my individual one would be- I don't remember him adjusting the camera height at all. Has anyone successfully complained to the company and got a refund on the grounds that the photos are sub par and not professional quality? Or successful on any other grounds?

( I've not had a photo ever turn out with my face looking like that before and all the ones my dad and my friend's parents took on the day were nice so it's not like I had an allergic facial reaction on the day and didn't realise!)

Don't fret. I was wearing a "dad" tie for mine and had hair!
