What are the job prospects? I'm thinking of doing them with a year in Industrial Placement.

The things is, i'm not really sure if I'll be into that whole coding idea and may prefer hardware related stuff hence computer systems engineering, but i'm not sure if the job prospects are that good...

You can do pretty much anything that uses your transferable skills and will be as employable as you make yourself.

You'll find that for the majority of unis there's a lot of crossover between their computing courses. You'll be taking extremely similar modules whichever way you choose to go and a lot of movement between courses will happen.

You'll be employable whatever you do
