Fun, obviously!
Long walks.

Short walks.

Intelligent conversation, silly conversation, chilling, hanging out, hugs, kisses, sex, being quiet, listening, being listened to, open and honest conversations, jokes, laughs, holidays, staying up late, staying in bed late... going to places, watching the sun rise/set together, listening to music, going out... and so on.

Just wondering: what exactly do guys want in a relationship?

Boobs.
in a relationship i like to have trust... its really important that you can trust one another with secrets and be able to be comfortable wth whatever the partner is doing when they are not with you.

the ability to communicate with each other and respect each others veiws and thoughts. because you can't have a relationship without being able to share thoughts and opinions in a civilised manner.

cuddles.... most important thing. its a msut that you can cuddle up with one another and be able to feel safe and secure or to make them feel safe and secure by being in each others arms.

in a relationship all i really want is for myself and the other person to be happy and content with the way we are and be able to love each other and have the trust and communication between us so that we can lead our own life when apart but share one life when we are together.

This man speaks truth! Listen to him; and listen well, for he is versed in the ways of the long-term relationship...

Someone to share my deepest and lightest thoughts with, someone who makes me happy to be alive, someone who I can easily beat at video games to make myself feel better

different for everyone

Sex is one of the things I'd want from a relationship, but not the only thing.

Exality, its pretty pointless to ask this question as everyone is after different things.

Some just want sex, some want closeness and others actually plan the wedding after a few months of knowing them
Guys want lots of things.

I myself, at the moment, am in the mood for a chilled can of Carlin and a blow-job.

which guy are we talking about? lol. This is pretty good actually and about sums it up for me too. In general I think we pretty much want the same things as girls with a few things different or more/less empasis on certain things. If we didn't want the same things as women in relationships (or thereabouts) men would never get married/spend the rest of thier life in a relationship with a woman right?

yeah there is an element in truth in that... all that matters to me is that i'm happy with the person i'm in a relationship with. i think that a stable relationship needs elements of the trust, communication and romance anything else is an added bonus, but those 3 things are vital for any relationship to be formed..

yes sex is very nice but it isn't an necessary part of a relationship, but yes it does work its way nicely into a relationship because it comes under romance.

Fun - someone to keep me on my toes, match me for wit.

Passion.

I dont like over-sensitive girlfriends either..

Sex is necessary in a relationship for me. Without it I really can't sustain a relationship, there has to be that physical intimate element or it just doesn't work. That is just me personally though. I also like someone who is witty and intelligent who can speak their mind rather than go along with everything their friends say etc. Passion is a must in a relationship, from arguing to sex or it just gets too boring.

Fun.

I like to be able to have fun with the person. you know, little things amuse me, i can laugh at most things and they have to on the same level. but to be able to share this with someone even closer is amazing

fun and happiness. sorted.
Well she has to be someone where when there is an awkward silence between us, it isn't awkward it's just silence. Must be romantic, spontaneous, trustworthy (note I wouldn't go out with someone I didn't trust), not morbidly obese or deathly skinny, relaxed around me, likes me for me not who I sometimes pretend to be, love my quirks and has endearing features and qualities, genrousity (sp?), time for me, let's me close, enjoys films on couches with duvets ^^, must be warm, strokable, good eyes, unconditional allowance for one's shortcomings (as long as they aren't stupid e.g. psychotic murderer), and in due time the love only one person in the world can offer you.
I'm well picky, I'll probs just get a thai wife or something, less paper work ..... I am joking ^^

intelligent, sharp/witty, dry sense of humour, messy, nice looking.
Fun, to have a laugh and not to be lied to.

Someone with intelligence, confidence, strength of character and a pretty face.

Someone who isn't rubbish.
