A pretty sucky kinda love if she won't break up with her boyfriend that she isn't in love with for you. Sounds like someone who likes attention, I wouldn't waste my time.
No wonder you are a confused soul, pardon the pun. She might say she loves you but she has a boyfriend so don't see how can she can love you, maybe it's lust. Anyway not fair on her boyfriend the way she is mucking you around, so as the person above says I wouldn't waste your time with her.
