    Why do I constantly feel the need to stretch, particularly my back which keeps popping and making all kinds of funny noises?

    It could be for a lot of reasons tbh. I do as well but have various health conditions that probably affect it, if it's getting in the way of things and/or causing you pain go and see your GP and they can give you a better idea- if only that it's fine and not a problem but least you know then! It could be worth it anyway really for the same reason, might be something to do with your posture too but there's plenty of stuff on that online. Hope it's okay!
