At the moment, I'm usually listening to Babyshambles whilst running - it actually makes me actually stick with a good pace
Although, I also recently worked out that it is pretty much impossible to run when listening to Michael Buble [surprise surprise ] ...

I listen to nothing, I find it distracting (but don't mind it in a gym, but in my ears its too close and loud)

Yeah, Hip Hop is a pretty safe bet - JayZ, Nas, Biggie. Or psy-trance. Or angry rock like RATM.

I usually like to listen to some quality dance music, like classic euphoria or the old breakdown, but occasionally some hip-hop/r+b, however I like the fact that dance albums sorta flow from one song to the next, without stopping inbetween tracks.

as, i should have said, thats for a weight day, when running, which, to answer your question, ill do HIIT for 20-30 mins just whatever is on in the gym.

my cardio vascualar system has adapted to be able to handle my mass so i get tired the same as everyone else, im pretty fit atm anyway. i never do long distance though, its just not my thing.

Look up Hans Zimmer he did allllll that shizzle, practically every memorable film soundtrack in modern times.

I dont listen to music at the gym now, its just a pain but I do when running, all this is on my playlist, there are a few more songs I couldnt find but thats most of it.
