    Watch the TedTalk by Joshua Foer. He talks about mind palaces/method of loci. It's a memory technique for encoding information. Also research into mnemonics and information pegging techniques... That's how to get more efficient with your learning.

    Know your stuff - get textbooks you like (I recommend the CGP student books for the science).

    Download the Forest app - its a pomodoro timer that motivates you to revise without wasting time on your phone by growing trees - surprisingly addictive.

    And if you can, find a magazine or a book that's relevant to your studies. You'll enjoy biology a lot more if you can link your study of the heart to the latest research in heart disease, for example
