I couldn't make it to my results day today so I have no idea what my results are until they're posted to me. However, I got an email from my University saying my place had been confirmed and they would update me with further emails about enrolment. With that UCAS track also said my place had been confirmed. But a friend of mine told me that, I wasn't accepted as the GCSE Maths results are not with the Grades Certificate from college that people recieved today. (I had retaken Maths in college) Is this right? Am I not accepted into University yet?

If Track has updated telling you that you have been accepted, then you are accepted. The fact your uni has emailed you with the confirmation of that, with information pertaining to enrolment, is further evidence you have been accepted.

Your university will not automatically receive your GCSE result as they are not sent through UCAS. It will be up to you to send it. If your place has been confirmed already, then it means that the university has decided to waive the GCSE condition.
