Lost my med school place. Biomed, nursing or gap year?

So I got ABB in my a levels and was offered a place at KCL med. What to do? biomed, nursing or gap year? thoughts?
Gap year, nursing isnt a back up for medicine and unless you are absolutely sure biomed is what you want, then waiting a year could help you figure out better what to do rather than rushing your decision

Thanks for the reply. The issue is that even if I reapply and bring up my grades, at the time of putting in the medical application, I will not have the required grades. Since I did not have extenuating circumstances, I can only apply to four medical schools...
