HELP-sims error?!

So I've been sent email saying my accommodation offer is online: 'To view and accept your Offer of Residence please log on to your online account via the link and select ‘University residences’. Click 'Dashboard' under 'My Activity' to view and accept your Offer of Residence.


However when i log into sims and select university residences an error message appears and suggests I contact the residences office. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm dead worried:frown:

yes i had this problem! I emailed them and they said its because i hadn't updated my email, anyway she sorted it out for me and now i can view it, so i would just give them a call or an email!! XX
