    Hello I have this error for months now and I can't log in to my account.

    I have called SFE couple of times regarding this issue and promised to be resolved but it haven't been fixed until now.

    P.S. I have tried using different browsers like google chrome, firefox, safari as well as logging in to different computers/laptops but still have the same error.

    Hi there.

    Is there anything in particular you require access to your account for at the moment?

    Anytime this error appears it is automatically logged and referred to our online defects team, but due to the nature of these errors there isn't any specific timescale.

    When you rang up did the advisors log this over the phone?
