I'm not sure, I could see how it could break it if you're together for a week all on your own and you start to learn things about each other that you never knew and there's no escape, but I wouldn't think about it at all, just look forward to your holiday.
I went on holiday with my gf and we just had a nice relaxing time in the sun for a week. No pressures of work, school or mates etc, just chilling, going out for meals and the occasional nightclub.

I think that if you belive it will make or break a relationship before you go, it will just put more stress on you thinking about it during the holiday, a holiday is just that a HOLIDAY.

don't listen to nonsense and have fun!
sit back, relax and enjoy yourselves! if you do everything together already then it'll just be doing everything together in a different part of the world. no real habit change there

I suppose depends how well you know them already. If you often stay at each others houses and spend a lot of time together, chances are it'll be nothing different at all. If you haven't stayed at each others houses much and haven't spent a whole day or two with them then maybe it will change things. I doubt it though. Just enjoy it.
Just enjoy your holiday, hate it when people say things like it can make or break a relationship.
It will probably only be a make or break thing if it is the first time you have spend a considerable amount of time together. If normally you only really see each other for a day at a time or whatever then suddenly no escape from each other for a week could be not so great...but if you are going on holiday I would presume you are used to spending lots of time together anyway.
