Biomed Course conundrum

Hey,
ive got verbal offers to go to Brighton or Sussex to study biomed.
I cant make the choice between the two :/
Brighton does have an IBMS certification that sussex does not.
Sussex is a far better uni on the league tables and has spaces to stay in halls

Help... im stuck:eek:
How important is IBMS in terms of employability?

Do you want to work in a lab? Can you get the certificate after you graduate by doing an exam?

you can get acreditation by getting your degree verified (3months)
then taking extra top up modules at acredited unis to finally get you qualification, oh and that all costs £300

i dont know if i want to work in a lab as my ambitions are to go onto postgrad medicine
Have you looked at the course content? Same course title doesn't mean that the course will be the same.

I have friends who studied Biomedical Science from University of East London and would highly recommend it. Why not give them a call and see if you can apply 020 8223 3280. Also, you could check whether there are still vacancies to live in halls. Hope this helps
