Is anyone else doing Aerospace Engineering this September? Been accepted into Nottingham as my 1st choice but I've not found anyone else on the course yet? Just a little worried because its a brand new course, would be good to talk with someone else about it

Yeah im doing it! Sounds good by the looks of it, it will be accredited by the time we leave uni and also since its a new course there's no legacy material. Everything is new from what ive heard. Accepted as an unconditional

Hi, I have been accepted into the course but I am doing a gap year so wont be starting until September 2018. However i have visited the uni and i really loved it, the facilities are excellent, the Aerospace department has its own computer and tech labs which are brand new and just for the course. Also the head of the course worked as chief designer at Rolls Royce for 12 years so you're definitely in good hands. They even have their own aircraft for testing so you can actually get your pilots license through the uni which is so awesome

Sounds so good... What do you mean about the plane? I'm intrigued.
