    Don't eat lunch.
    Sandwich for dinner.
You must be forgetting something. You'd be dead in a few months if you ate so little.

Breakfast - usually granola or peanut butter on toast.
Lunch - Sometimes skip it or have like coffee and a cake. Usually I have pasta or veggie sausages with vegetables at school, or more toast at home.
Dinner - A stir fry or a veggie burger patty with vegetables.

Breakfast - I don't have breakfast during the week (I tend to leave the house at 6:15am, and I'm not really hungry or in the mood for eating before that), but at the weekends I will usually have either mini fruit & nut Weetabix or Cornflakes with 150ml and fruit. Technically my meal plan is double breakfast, so if I'm following it properly I should also have 2x toast with peanut butter or jam. But alas, no.

Lunch - At work, usually a wrap. At home, I will generally skip lunch unless I meet up with my dad or something.

Dinner - Either pasta with chicken, boiled vegetables, cheese, or something like a naan bread with chicken and roasted vegetables.

    Breakfast: Always cereal

Lunch: Sandwich, crisps, chocolate, massive bowl of fruit

Dinner: Varies. Pasta, curry, veggie burgers, pizza, etc. with some veg

Then I usually have a few snacks in the evening.
