What do you do to keep fit and healthy? watch

    Well I'm not really a big fan of competitive sports and all that (couldn't stand PE). So I just visit the gym 3-4 times a week & partake in some fitness classes there (spin class and circuits so far). I also enjoy going on long walks with family and friends (sometimes on my own- it's very peaceful)

    All I do is cycle (and even then, not so fast at it)

    Hockey, rowing, cycling, walking a lot. Eating properly. Good metabolism.

    I run for half an hour 4 times a week. On the days I don't run, I'll go for a long, brisk walk,
    I also walk for an hour, briskly and often uphill, every morning without fail
