Diabetes

Hey, I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to test for diabetes. I'm a bit worried about it because i do show some of the symptoms i think. I don't get horrifically thirsty, though i do always feel like a drink, and thus usually drink about 12 glasses of squash a day. I get nosebleeds often, which i'm not sure is a symptom or not and most worryingly, i get very bad skin rashes when my skin is rubbed etc, and have been experiencing itchy bubbly rashes at the top on my legs near my genitals.
i'd be very grateful if anyone could give me advice on whether these symptons suggest diabetes, and which type
many thanks

None of these are on my mental list of diabetes symptoms (it doesn't sound like you drink an excessive amount, unless your glasses are a litre each or something!). But the rash is something which should be investigated anyway, so make sure your GP checks it out. Mention the nosebleeds as well - they may not be related, but it's possible, I suppose.
The thirst is a symptom, but could be caused by anything. Though I've not heard of people getting nosebleeds or rashes from diabetes. How are your energy levels and how often do you need the toilet? I don't mean that to be in any way annoying but excessive tiredness and excessive urination are symptoms, as is severe weight loss and there's a few others I didn't get.
