I found my potentional lover, but due to unfortunate circumstances such as time and effort, she slipped away.

India is usually a good place to look for Indian girls :h: but seriously, find some way of meeting them (or people in general...) and maybe something will go your way. Not saying whether seeking out people of a particular nationality is a right or wrong way of going about things, but hopefully you can find someone in a diverse part of the world or indeed India but I'm not even sure how that'd work.
