I am looking for a cheap laptop that I can use for my maths degree along with a bit of programming.

    Any suggestions?

What do you mean programming? Is it programming in a certain software? I'm not going to study maths at uni but all IDEs aren't demanding at all, and you don't need a specialist laptop just for that. I'd just recommend something that you'd be comfortable using, so something cheap but with good enough specs that it doesn't handicap you on normal day-to-day use. A quick google search can do that for you.

Just want a laptop that doesn't stutter if I try to graph something in 3 dimensions and things like that. Would those core m chips be good enough?
