Hey firstly how was everyone's results?
Secondly, does anyone have any tips on how I can improve on the last 2 questions of reading and listening in Arabic?
And how do u prepare for speaking?

With speaking, make sure you can think of every possible question they ask and learn the answer to them

With reading all you need to know is how to read and if you can read then it shouldn't be a problem
