I got my AS grades and didn't do as well as I thought i got BCC in Psychology, Business and English Language

I was hoping for at least ABB but still happy I have at least passed. However, I want to apply to Russell Group Universities. Especially, Exeter. That's my goal.

Exeter wants at least A*AA-AAB for the course I want to do which is their Flexible Combined honours of Psychology and Economics. Other universities that provide this course require AAA/AAB/ABB - (Sussex,Keele,Glasgow,Edinburgh)

Do you think I can still apply in 2017 ? Will they let me with these AS grades?

If you're hell bent on (and not blinded by) going to an RG uni, then perhaps you need to rethink the course (not ideal) or do the best you can in Year 13 (and or apply and see what happens ...) and apply the next year with (hopefully) good A2 results. If you love Exeter then that's fine, taking a year out may be the best option if you aren't succesful in applying this year.

Depends what you're predicted and your reference from teachers, because you're doing Business Studies i wouldn't say you'd get an AAB offer, most likely AAA since most Russell group unis see it as quite a weak subject. Not sure about exceter but from my own research most Russell groups aren't in favour of it. So you should find a way to get AAA

Going from BCC to A*AA wont happen, and you are unlikely to get the predicted grades for this. When you get back to school/college try and secure the highest predicted grads you can, then apply around or slightly higher than them.
