Where would people reccomend for the best bra i donlt live anywhere near a bravissimo, if i did i'd go there. The shops i have around are M&S, La Senza, Debenhams, Dingles and Derry's. Where woudl you recommend i go?
I'd get measured in whatever shop you intend to buy a bra in as sizes vary (I've also found La Senza to be a tad on the small side.) Underwired bras also seem to be slightly smaller fitting than non-wired. You can't accurately measure cup sizes so the fitter usually guesses and you try on different cup sizes and styles until you get the best fit.
I've been to both La Senza and M&S and have no complaints about either. I recommend going on a weekday as at the weekends you tend to get less experienced people fitting, or else there's only one fitter and there's a big queue.
I recommend La Senza's sale a lot though! 3 bras and 5 pairs of knickers for £20. (I'm an awkward size too!)
Marks & Spencers are awful. Don't go there - I was wearing the wrong bra size for about a year until I went somewhere else and got measured again. Debenhams are good.
I don't trust m&s personally. Got measured as a 28A when I'm actually about a 30DD. Me and the woman just looked at each other, looked a my boobs and she frowned and said 'that can't be right'...
I always get measured in Debenhams, but buy my bras from anywhere. The lady who measured me last week was much better than one that measured me a few years ago.. Much more friendlier...
Do they measure you in your t-shirt or do you have to strip your top half off? And, another silly question but.....are you allowed to try bras on in the changing rooms? I feel quite stupid asking that because Im nearly 19 and should know by now Usually I just measure myself and always manage to get the right fit.
marks and spencer are rubbish, the woman didn't even use a tape measure when she 'measured' me. she just asked what size top i wore, and then was like 'oh right, so you'll be a...'.

They usually ask you to take your top off (but leave your bra on). They've seen it all before so it's nothing to be worried about!
Yes, you can try on the bras in the changing rooms. In fact, you should. Fit and comfort vary a LOT between different styles, I've found.
