Uni approved place but UCAS track stuck in clearing

My uni has personally approved my application on the phone and on email. Im worried because ucas still says that there is yet to be a decision. Any advice?

Did you add the University and course as your clearing choice?
If you have and you're still waiting, then maybe they just haven't gotten round to accepting yours yet. I wouldn't worry too much since you have an email as proof that they've offered you a place. If you have any concerns then it doesn't hurt to give them a ring to see what the hold-up is. :smile:

The same is happening to me rn and it's worrying because if I want accomodation it has to be verified by today! I would wait a few more hours and then give them a ring to see whats causing the problem.
