I have previously studied for an DipHE at University, which was financed by the NHS, and I received a bursary. If I wanted to study for a Degree, would I receive a student loan.

If your going to go study a ba hons now then yes you can receive a loan as a ba hons is a higher qualification

Best to phone student finance to discuss this

A DipHE is the equivalent of two years of undergraduate study. Under the 'Equivalent or Lower Qualifications' rule, you could therefore not get SF funding for the first two years of a new degree. It does not matter how your DipHE was funded.

But as suggested above, do please call SF to check.
