How many brown spots do you have?

On your arms, back and front? I saw this thread on another forum and thought it was strange so thought Id ask here. I don't have any:confused:

u mean freckles?

Reply 2

Yeh, but they normally come in large groups and overlap so would be hard to count, so just stick with brown spots.

Reply 3

Do you mean the pale coffee coloured ones that are the same texture as skin, or the ones more commonly known as moles / beauty spots? If you mean the latter, I have about 30, ranging from more-than-freckles to less-than-moles.

Same texture as skin? You mean flat? Yeh thats what I meant, as well as the beauty spots lol. The only exception is if there is a load overlapping in this case its impossible to count don't bother.

In fact im bored of this topic already lol

I have a few, does anyone else feel embarrased to show them off? I mean I recently got 2 on my back and now I won't go shirtless as I notice people look at them:confused: Do people look at everyone elses spots or just mine:confused:

'spots' or moles? because i think most people have several moles and so almost no one takes any notice of them...as far as i'm aware anyway. i think they are cute.

i have one on my bottom lip  i like it.

They don't bother me in the slightest. :s-smilie: I have one on my right cheek (can you believe I've had it for 18 years and I still had to look in a mirror to check which side it was on..) and I always dab my foundation off it to make it more noticable. I think they can be interesting, especially when they're uncannily aligned or in some weird formation. On other people though, I don't give them a second thought.

The whole idea of people mentioning moles makes me embarrased, I look down on people who have them, well not really look down but if someone has them I suddenly become more confident   If people talk about them in my presence I ignore the conversation and look away. Anyone know why I have this unusual quirk?:frown:

haha....that really is an unusual quirk! hmmm...ii don't get it. they are so normal. i just kind of assume that everyone has them and that no one is bothered by them. can't really see why anyone would be :s-smilie:

Are you talking about the large, lumpy, hairy ones? I can see how they'd freak you out if you came, for want of a better phrase, face to face with one. But everyone has beauty spots / freckles. If I met someone so clearly upset by something as innocuous as beauty spots, I'd chase them and give them a big, freckly cuddle.

I have about 4 freckles on my entire body...

Reply 13

i have many freckles. cheeks, forearms and hands. light ones though, not big obvious horrible ones.

Reply 14

i have them all over the show
3 on my face.
i have on my right hand which i love, cos its so unique.
i have 18 just on my left arm. most are a similar size to a full stop but they are dark coloured.
which gives you the idea that im a kind of lepor,
as i do have loads! lol
its just my families european skin i think.
no embarrasement- i think they are quite attracive.
just have to watch the ones on my back on holiday though so i dont get skin cancer or something. lol.

as long as ther not massive and hairy i dont mind lol

I have a celtic complexion (very fair skin, blue eyes, but thankfully not ginger!) so I have loads of freckles. Literally, you couldn't count them if you tried. I have most on my arms and face, which get most sun exposure (even though I now wear factor 15 moisturiser all year round) but several (>20) on each leg and a couple of moles on my stomach - though they're all flat, non-hairy ones. They don't bother me that much, to be honest; it's not like I can do anything about them. If anyone is weird enough to have a problem with my skin, that's just as silly as having a problem with someone for being black!

I have 13 freckles on my body. All small ones on my arms.

Reply 17

If you mean 'beauty spots,' I have quite a lot, but not big ones.

Reply 18

I have about 100, but they're not freckles, they're 'beauty spots' I'm surprised how few spots people say they have, I always assumed I was normal, guess not though!

Reply 19

you ARE normal! the number people have varies so massively. i have a fair few, one of my friends has loads and another one has about 4. i don't think there is any 'normal' amount.
