sometimes with, sometimes not.. depends on my mood (and my breath)
It depends on who's doing it, and on the mood of the kiss.
Some guys really should have their tongues locked up because they have no clue what to do with them! But others get it just right and it's lovely. In general I'd say without, but a little bit of tongue is nice too, especially in the heat of the moment.

Tongues really isn't good. I have to be drunk to use tongues when kissing.
