    Maths AS results:
    S1 - 74/100 (B)
    C2 - 58 (D)
    C1 - 60 (C)

    Overall = C
    I want an A overall next year.
    I was thinking of C1 and C2
    Will this be too much?
    Also I will need C3 C4 S2 as an A.

    Yes, retake C1 and C2. It will not be too much because you'll have done C3 and C4 by the time exams come and they make C1/2 seem very simple in comparision. So much so that you would definitely raise them by at least one grade (likely, anyway).
