Do you have to present both before and after grades for GCSEs?
I didn't do excellently in Year 11 so resat 4 in Year 12 (this year) to boost them to A*s and took an additional one for an extra A/A*.
Do I have to put on UCAS both my Year 11 grade and my Year 12 new resat grade? (e.g. if I got an A in Biology in Year 11 and then achieved an A* in the same subject in Year 12, would I have to show that I resat it?)

Yes, you have to declare all your GCSEs (even ones you've resat). I wouldn't worry about it though, I had to resit my maths GCSE four times so that looked a bit peculiar on my UCAS application but nobody cared
