On the 18th of August my friend sneaked out my results because I was on holiday.Prior to this I gave a letter to the reception saying that I approve of this person collecting my results they said they are not allowed to have a non-family member to collect my results.I really needed the results ASAP because of in case of clearing/adjustment,plus I didn't won't another week of worry. My parents are also on holiday with me as well,so I can't do anything about it.Im going to uni this September,do you think I might face a penalty from this?

Ring UCAS and tell them the situation.
They have your results so they can process your application.
