    Hey guys,

I have a quick question. I have a place at De Montfort University to study Mechanical Engineering. I would like to know the experience of existing DMU students on mechanical engineering and how it is for them.
Like what books did you need for your course?
What do you need to do to achieve really good grades?
How do you balance education and social life?
How to best optimise your student life at DMU?

    Thanks.

I was wondering the same thing about the books, couldn't really find much on the website. I did manage to find a list of ones they have in the library for the subject but I don't know how old it is and there is a bunch there so I don't know how useful it will be to you. http://capitadiscovery.co.uk/dmu/ite...ld_max=5&max=5
