So I got BBD at A2. Needed ABB. The course was BIT at Queens Belfast. I got an offer from John Moore however for business management. However, whilst it is exciting, I've wanted to be a Queen's student for years and was really disappointed I didn't get in. Admittedly I didn't work for it. I slacked and it showed. As it stands in repeating my A2 year in the hope that I can achieve AAB and go to Queen next year but I'm worried it won't pay off and I'll just end up with the same result. Anyone repeated the year and done better? What would you do in my situation?

Lots of people do resits and perform much better, a testament of this is all the success story threads here on TSR. Make sure lessons have been learnt this year and that you will work 10x harder next year for your resits as you don't want to be in the same position again. Get a part time job as well to have a break from all the revision. Don't leave the revision all to the last month, do little and often throughout the year
