Can I still get into a good uni with 2 re-takes of Year12? Watch

I am wondering if anyone retook Y12 twice and still got into a good uni. After Y11, I continued to 6th Form at my high school, I didn't have much idea and I therefore I picked A-levels based on what I was good at, as the choice of A-levels was extremely poor not only at the sixth form but also at other sixth form and colleges around. I have finished Y12 with BEE, I did good in history but throughout the year, I hated art and in April, I couldn't be already bothered to do well in geography (I didn't revise much as I already wanted to retake) so I ended up with an E. I was decided to retake the Y12, however I didn't know what's gonna happen later on. At the beginning of September, I was planning to re-take Geography, finish of history and take Psychology. However, due to Option Blocks, I wasn't able to do psychology due to Option Block (in same block as Y13 history / in same block as geography) and instead I had to decide between BTEC Catering, A-level Art or A-level Drama. It was extremely hard as I didn't want to do drama/catering, as they would be not useful, so after some talk I took photography and I hoped to 'enjoy' it as my head of sixth form persuaded me to take it as there was 'no other option'. In December, I started to realise how much I hate the current situation, and later in February, I have found a really good Sixth Form College 30 miles away from my town. They offered what I wanted - A level Sociology, A level Law and A level Politics. I had a meeting and I was accepted. I am moving to the city where college is in September - before that, I didn't considered it as I wasn't 'mature' enough. I have finished A level History (got a B), AS Geography (a B as well) and I dropped photography at the beginning of May. I wish to study Politics and Sociology/int. relations at university. Do you think that I can still get into a good uni (let's say Top20) with my past?
