What does Bsc and MEng mean. and their differences

I have also seen some MEng courses lasting 4 years, why is that?

MEng is an Integrated Masters course and they are usually 4 years sometimes 5 if they have a year in industry. Some MEng degrees allow you to leave after 3 years and just take the BEng undergraduate degree.
BSc is a Bachelor of Science which is an undergraduate degree

So am I right in saying that you need a Bsc to get an MEng
You don't need to do a BSc first.
A Masters degree needs an undergraduate degree first.
An Integrated Masters is sort of like an undergraduate with an extra year which takes it up to Masters level. The entry qualifications are A Levels.
