So Results day for GCSE is this Friday and I guess I'm petrified. I cant help but feel so down and dread it so much because I'm mentally just not stable or even ready to move onto further education. I'm a proper stresshead so I know that on Wednesday I will most likely crack with the pressure and I could do with a few tips on how to prepare myself for good or bad news and to calm down.

I think it's realization time for most of the people getting their GCSEs on Thursday. You need to simply stop stressing yourself out, you need to understand that whatever the outcome is you simply have to deal with it. You can't change your grades now, so you just have to suck it up and be prepared for whatever happens.
