Applying to uni as a deferred entry but didn't get the right A level grades Watch

I am currently taking a year out to do an apprenticeship in marketing, so that I can gain more experience (and money), to set me in better stead for uni in 2017. However, my A level results were lower than expected and I have been told by some unis that I will not be considered for a place unless I redo my exams and get at least one A grade (I gained BBB). I am looking to do fashion marketing, and have a fashion blog, marketing apprenticeship and other relevant experience. Does anyone know which unis might accept me with my grades? I don't want to have to go through clearing next year to get a place.

I image lots of universities will accept BBB. You can use this website (http://university.which.co.uk/courses) to search for courses that match your grades. It probably isn't an exhaustive list so you really do need to do some research. University websites contain all the information you need, get googling.

I Googled "fashion marketing degree UK". The second result was from the Winchester outpost of Southampton Uni which accepts BBB:
    http://www.southampton.ac.uk/wsa/und...y_requirements

Some basic research will tell you what you need to know. Gear your aspirations to your results (although Southampton isn't exactly shabby) and you can find the right course without retaking.
