How long can you leave a beer bottle open and drink it without affecting your health (being drunk excluded)?

You don't wanna leave your beer open too long, I think the negative effects on health are the same. Staggering you drink leads to you drinking less though

I don't think I've ever left one open for more than about 15 minutes, so it's hard to know. But it'll taste crap if you leave it - doubt it would be dangerous, though.

Im not drunk, getting there though, my mate left a bottle of stella open last night, half drunk, he just drank it and a group discussion just started on how this could harm him.

It'll do you no harm at all drinking flat beer. I've done it plenty of times, combined with drinking twenty bottles of beer that was two or three years out of date, without any negative consequences whatsoever. Stop being so cautious!

One night really is nothing.

I started drinking a can one night, went sleep half way through, went home for easter the next day, came back three weeks later and finished it off.

Not my proudest moment :redface:
