    I am starting Medical School in September and I am currently trying to throw out irrelevant A Level material. I studied Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Which aspects would I need to throw out and which would I need to keep?

    All of it I'd guess unless you want to keep something for sentimental reasons

    You don't need any of it - any bits of basic knowledge that you're required to remember, you'll be able to look up online.
