    No.

You'll have to get an AAA prediction and that seems effectively impossible.

Also, it says it's A*AA-AAA, which means A*AA candidates will probably be preferred too.

I got ABC in A2 (Chemistry, Biology and Maths) with c in psychology AS. Missed my offer of AAA then took a gap year and reapplied with AAA prediction... again and got an offer again. Got A*AAcc (Maths, Biology, Chemistry, psychology and physics respectively) and met my offer (starting in 3 weeks ). They don't care if you take a gap year to retake, so long as you get AAA with a pass in AS physics (if not offered at A2). I took a gap year and boy was that the best decision I've ever made. ABC would get me into chemistry at kings (best case scenario if they're lenient on clearing). But UCL for chemical engineering is much better than chemistry at King's. I'd advice a gap year if you don't get the grades but it all depends on how keen you are to do that. Your offer will definitely be minimum AAA and UCL are not lenient whatsoever with their offers. You would have no choice but to bring your BBC to AAA.
    Good luck.
