Completed Level 3 apprenticeship in Leadership and Management.. What next? Watch

    • Thread Starter

Hi everyone. I was hoping someone can help me..
I have just completed a distance learning level 3 course in management and leadership while working in a nursery, and would now like to decide what I want to do next. I am hoping to get married in maybe a year/ a year and half, so I don't want to commit myself to something that will take longer than that, just so I am not worrying about my studies at the time of marriage, and also don't want to be studying straight after I get married, as I will already have work commitments.
I have thought about getting a teacher qualification but the ones I have found are minimum three years. Does anyone know anything I can opt for that might be more suitable? If I don't find anything I may just go for the Level 5 in Leadership and Management, but I want to know my possibilities first before I jump straight in.
    Any ideas?
