    Depends which context.

    If I'm at home with my family, I think in English. When I am with my friends (we all use British Sign Language since we're deaf) I will think in BSL.

    I can think in 3 languages... it gets to the point that I think in mix of language or some kind of superimposed thoughts: symbols, languages/words and impressions, sometimes and don't think at all and somehow 'know' the decision I want to take.
