    Hi all,
I am itching to get started at KCL. I am a new MA student at war studies department. I did my undergrad from the US and so have no clue how the module system works. I understand that my core subject is worth 40 credits and dissertation is worth 60. Thats a total of 100 ehich leaves 80 behind. How do i take them? There are courses that are 40 credits and some are 20 credits. Whats the difference?
Also, are 40 credit courses year long? Is that the same with 20 credit courses?
Another question, whats the limit of courses i can take per term?
And lastly, i understand there r two types of classes; lextures and seminars. Lectures, if i am not wrong, being the more informal and smaller ones. Is attendance required in these?
    Thank you all!
