Ex-Boyfriend problems in the 'workplace'

My Ex and I both work for the same company (summer gig mainly)....and this year we seem to be bumping into eachother like crazy. I swear I see him more than my family.

It's been two years since we broke up, and ever since than when we see eachother at work its very tense and akward. At least that's how it has been the past two years, up till now. Lately I've begun to notice him watching me....he makes a point of parking next to me all the time, and on two occasions even blocked my car in!

I don't have the full 'guts' up to talk with him, though I have this sneaking suspiscion that he wants to talk. I thought I'd get some other peoples perspective since, well I still kinda have a thing for him.

essentially Im wondering if I should talk to him (ie: call him/e-mail?)

thanks

firstly, chances are he's quite a bit different in the way he thinks and works inside his mind than he was 2 years ago so you might still have a thing for a version of him that isn't quite the guy in front of you now. might be wrong but just my 2p

as a guy, his behaviour seems to suggest he wants to have a chat.

the terms of your break up could provide further insight...
Depends why you did break up but maybe he wants to talk like old times.

The fact he blocked your car in... well he's playing/flirting. He's either doing it to pass the time because it's fun or maybe seeing so much of you has rekindled some past desires.
